thursday night runs continue to be a success with around a dozen or more riders each week. the pace as well as the miles have gradually increased according to who turns up as have the routes which vary in contour as well as direction. great to see the improvement in the riders attending and hopefully they are getting something out of it (apart from a sore ass). maybe in the coming weeks some of the riders will also come out on the saturday and /or sunday morning rides and take part in the touring days/weekends before the end of the summer. i would like to thank you all for participating and if you know anyone else interested, friends, family, workmates, GET THEM OUT, the more the merrier.
