Just a short note ! our winter spin classes will be starting on Thursday 22nd Oct at 8.15 at TY Fitness. Tanya will be taking the class with us
getting a good winter workout and also getting the chance to meet other club members.

The classes are first come as per the details in the letter all club members received this week. Todate the classes are well booked so if you want to
