2-2-09 MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE

11.00 Freehall road / Aghanloo cross roads . A easy ride along the
sea wall to Ballykelly plus a few more miles, suitable for anyone with
a mountain bike. All welcome. (group ride no one will be
left behind ! )

had a good ride this morning. chris,sammy,mary,kyle and myself out around sea wall turned and did half way back. great mornings craic,coffee supplied by mary (shame on you george not even there to boil the kettle). chris had a slight mishap with his chain on the way into town and sammy helpful as ever rode on ahead, something about he had to be seen in front of chris going through the town. whispered something about "personel trainer might see him" to me. not sure where he went but rest of us were at marys before he arrived, think she had to reboil the kettle just for him. anyway enough of that, a good ride, thanks guys.
