Inter Club RR 9/7/08

That was a fun evening. What a good turn out on a pretty horrible night which lead to good racing with reasonable sized group. From my perspective it was a crazy race which ended up more like a comedy show on the last lap. I must practise my track stands for next time to see if i can go any slower on the last lap.

aye, it was a great nights racing. Keith your tactics worked a treat.lol Good to see a large turnout despite the weather. Heard there may be no APR'S next season Keith. Any truth in this?

I don't know anything about that Eamon but the regulations around road use are tightening all the time.

as far as i know the club trophy was one by clara . She was riding really well. The no apr rumour MAY have been started by a grumpy marshall getting soaked at the last turn.
Brendan Duddy arrived late(no surprise there) and decided ,in the middle of a shower of Biblical proportions that he wanted to ride round with the rest of riders-i texted info to Declan to warn him but he never read message -and was somewhat puzzled when he saw him sprinting to the line.
Still a great turn out-good to see it folks!
