| There is a Mountain Bike Race before the Irish Cyclo Cross Champs in Lurgan Park. I think i will go and ride it and then watch the Cyclo cross race. The course should not be too rough and quite fast as its set for the Cyclo cross race. http://apollo.sports.officelive.com/cc.aspx | |

| I rode the mtb race on Sunday and really enjoyed the course. Well organised by Apollo RT. Was speaking to Marty Rodgers who has moved back up there and is riding with apollo.
